Matt Adams
Matt has been a private music instructor for 9 years now. He received his bachelor's degree in saxophone performance from Capital University in 1994. Since then he has been playing in and around Columbus with many bands, in many styles. He has performed at the South by Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas, at the Montreaux/Atlanta Jazz Festival, and at many regional music festivals. Local bands that he has performed with include: The New Basics Brass Band, Yumbambe, The Famous Jazz Orchestra, Ray Massa's Eurorhythyms, The JuJuBees, Honk Wail and Moan, and his own Matt Adams Quartet among many others.
Matt teaches saxophones, flute and clarinet.
